BetCredTerms & Conditions — Full English Version

In this document, "BetCred", "we", and "us" refer to the BetCred online betting platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual who has registered or intends to register on BetCred.

"Platform" refers to BetCred's website, mobile app, and all related services. "Betting" refers to Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and any other gaming services available on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to Bangladeshi law. They apply to all users regardless of where they access the platform.

To open an account with BetCred, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal details — including your name, address, mobile number, and email.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Information provided at registration may be verified at any time.
• BetCred reserves the right to close any account registered with false information.

Login Credentials Responsibility

Your username and password are entirely your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact support@betcred.bet immediately and change your password.

BetCred strictly enforces an 18+ policy. You will need to confirm your age at registration, and BetCred may request the following documents at any time:

• National ID (NID) or Passport.
• Birth certificate (where applicable).
• Mobile banking account verification details.
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

Large withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. This is in place to protect both you and the platform.

BetCred currently supports the following deposit methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Multiple payment methods may be used at the same time.
• BetCred does not charge any fees on deposits, though the payment gateway's own charges may apply.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Any delays caused by technical issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

Deposit Verification

For large deposits, BetCred may verify the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering policy. Fund usage may be restricted until verification is complete.

BetCred's withdrawal policy is fully transparent. The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum single withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (exceptions may apply in special cases).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically 10x to 30x the original bonus amount. Withdrawal is only possible once this requirement has been met.

BetCred regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournament promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that are communicated before you claim it.

General Bonus Policy

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• BetCred reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots count 100%, Live Casino 20%, and Sports Betting 50%.
• Accepting a bonus means its specific terms apply alongside and in addition to these main Terms & Conditions.

Before betting on BetCred, it's important to understand the following rules. They apply to all types of betting — Sports, Casino, and Lottery.

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet cannot be placed due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
• If there is evidence of betting based on suspected match-fixing or insider information, related winnings may be voided.

Casino & Live Games

All casino games run on internationally certified RNG technology. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the stake will be refunded. In Live games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetCred and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Using false information or strategic betting patterns to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical advantages: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using another person's account: Logging into or allowing access to another user's account.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

If any such suspicious activity is detected, BetCred reserves the right to take action pending investigation.

BetCred may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• As directed by a legal authority.
• After an extended period of inactivity (12 months).

Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Activating self-exclusion will block access to your account for a specified period.

BetCred treats the security of your personal data as a top priority. Any information we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

• Your information is never sold or transferred to third parties.
• Limited data may be shared with partner organizations solely for payment processing and fraud prevention purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.

BetCred does not accept liability in the following cases:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection.
• Delayed transactions caused by technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
• If login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Unexpected technical failures outside of BetCred's control.
• Financial losses from betting are the result of the user's own decisions.

BetCred always strives to maintain the highest quality of service; however, claims for compensation arising from technical issues will be limited in scope.

BetCred believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a problem. That's why we offer the following:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for anywhere between 3 months and 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will receive automatic reminders after a set period.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve most issues within 48 hours.

Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via live chat or email.
2. Attach the required information and supporting documents.
3. BetCred will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with BetCred's decision and the matter remains unresolved, both parties may agree to settle the dispute through a mutually accepted third-party mediator.

BetCred reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email and through an on-platform notification.

• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given for major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
